'Underworld Evolution' (2006) – Len Wiseman.
The darkly glamorous clash of the Lycans bloodily continues with everyone's favourite blue-eyed, shiny-bottomed Death Dealer, Selene, death dealing like a silkily spandex-clad banshee in 'Underworld Evolution'! Her heroic hybrid beau, Michael (Scott Speedman) fatefully meets his monstrously muscled match in the recently reanimated, similarly mutated, genuinely terrifying form of villainous half-breed vampire Marcus (Tony Curran). An imposing, genocidal nemesis whose brutal quest to rule and deify himself includes a dastardly plan to unleash his equally bloodthirsty Lycan-born sibling, William (Brian Steele), and vaingloriously appoint himself absolute ruler of the underworld!
This sleek, throat-rippingly visceral sequel to, Les Wiseman's ferociously fast and furryious fear franchise deliriously delivers all the frantic wig-splitting, bullet shredded death dealing a rabid 'Underworld' fan could ever hope to see! It is a rare horror beast indeed whereby the boisterously ballistic sequel improves over the original, but 'Underworld Evolution' is aptly named being much gore fun than the first! So sharpen up your B-movie bicuspids, slink into your slinkiest jet-black onesie, wolf down your blood-soaked popcorn, pour yourself a warm plasma pick-me-up and then fang-on-tight as the lycan Evolution WILL be televised!!!!!
