'Santa With Muscles' (1996) – John Murlowski.
Up until VERY recently, if someone had asked me what are my preferred Hulk Hogan performances, I would have replied with great alacrity, and not just a little over-eager excitement, that his titanic-sized Thesping ability was put to sinewy good use in 'Secret Agent Club', and 'The Ultimate Weapon', but that was BEFORE I had the tremendous good fortune to 'experience' 'Santa With Muscles', which proved to be no less of a pineal gland igniting revelation than my beloved salt beef and cashew butter rissoles, and if the glass-ceiling shattering concept of the Herculean Hogan playing ex-paintballing, prime time skeezer Blake Thorn turned morally righteous bad-guy bashing, skell-stomping Santa then the world is far more of a remote and alien place than I already take it to be! But don't just take my word for it, really...don't take my work for it, mayte!! Acting mightily alongside the leviathan-sized word wrestling, ham-fisted Father Christmas, you also have another delightfully energetic turn from cult hero Clint Howard as the dunderhead Cop Hinkley, a charming performance from a youthful Mila Kunis as the sassy, spark-plug bright orphan Sarah, and the estimable character actor Ed Bagley Jr. sinisterly essays effortlessly eternal evil as the cartoonish Orphanage-coveting, multi-minioned supervillain Ebner Frost! 'Santa With Muscles' has more of a festive kick than nuclear-infused eggnog!and Hulk Ho! Ho! Ho! Hogan slays it as Santa!
