'The Eye'. (2002) Pang Brothers.

After a successful cornea transplant the previously sightless, Mun (Angelica Lee) starts to see far more than she would care to, grievously haunted by the ghastly precognitive visions of her ill fated donor! In addition to the fact that the prodigiously gifted, Pang Brothers put their charming protagonist through a merciless series of genuinely unsettling scenarios, the compelling, supernaturally sinister plot frequently allows for tender moments of profound pathos. With exemplary performances, a fabulously atmospheric score, and an optic nerve jangling climax, the Pang Brothers out-of-sight shocker remains a blinking good Horror film! Unlike a great many contemporary horror films, I find 'The Eye' improves greatly with each subsequent viewing.
