'964 Pinocchio' (1991)aka 'Screams of Blasphemy' Dir. Shozin Fukui.

In an undisclosed time, an impotent, singular-looking, genetically altered sex anthropoid, Pinocchio 964 (Haji Suzuki) escapes frantically from the needful clutches of his vociferously unsatisfied clients. Dazedly roaming the city streets, he is adopted by a pretty, eccentric, binocular-gawking,seemingly benign, street urchin, Himiko (Onn-chan). Gradually revealing a shocking predilection for sadism, Himiko cruelly subjugates the pained Pinocchio, thereby catapulting the spectacularly skewed narrative towards an audaciously mental climax! Made on a tight budget, Fukui's stylized, fiendishly inventive, brain-warping Sci-shocker has an unrivalled kineticism, remaining a relentless assault on the senses!

Garishly drenched in prodigious amounts of vomitus, gelatinously gross levels of pus-slathered weirdness, lucid scenes of lurid lunacy, creepy coitus, sinew strafing sadism, and wantonly balls-out bellicosity, 964 Pinocchio got it all and a fuck-off acid-soaked cherry on top! A deathly delirious, cyberpunk fever dream of over amped psycho-dramatic visual hyperbole, 964 Pinocchio makes other films look like they were made by your gran! Nauseating at times, and genuinely deranged, maestro, Shozin Fukui's subversive cinema has an aggressively visceral quality few horror films can match, and being weirdly sexy in ways you'd rather not think about!
