'Armed Response' (2016) - John Stockwell.

A crack team investigating the inexplicable deaths of seasoned soldiers at a high-tech military outpost are soon trapped themselves and experience increasingly disturbing events in this tense Wesley Snipes action thriller. What might have been just another routine gung ho, kill 'em all military actioner is given a boost by an engaging premise, Snipes's steely presence, and some spooky horror tropes! The text is a little hackneyed, but the manifestly intriguing concept held my interest until the enjoyably dramatic conclusion. Armed Response proved to be a worthier watch than I initially thought, and Anne Heche was quite brilliant.

 "Devil's House!!!!!"
